The bean bag chair has grown up, and we mean that as a compliment. Gone is the dorm-room slump — this one holds an actual shape, a low slipper-chair line that looks deliberate next to a pool rather than apologetic. The grey stripe does a lot of the work: it reads as pattern, not novelty, and sits easily against plaster, stone, or a stretch of teak. The upholstery is Sunbrella canvas, so it shrugs off water, stain, UV, and mold, and the cover comes off for the wash when summer has clearly happened to it. The polystyrene fill is firm enough to support you and soft enough to conform — refillable when it eventually relaxes, child-safe in the meantime. Bring it in or cover it when the weather turns. Otherwise, leave it exactly where it looks best.
Sunbrella® canvas upholstery, removable machine-washable cover.
Water-, stain-, UV-, and mold-resistant.
Firm polystyrene bean fill, refillable,
child-safe.
Medium.
24″H × 30″W × 37″D.
